Hardware Engineering Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work with the product team to define requirements and solutions for hardware designs
2. Prepare board layouts and part placement based on design rules
3. Define PCB materials and board stack up that meets the functional requirements of the board
4. Create the schematic, footprints, placement, routing, and QC
5. Manage Gerber release, board fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing design data packages as per IPC standards
6. Define design rules for part placement and routing
7. Work with team members to ensure finishing the layouts on time
8. Work with the team in carrying out Software and Hardware testing
9. Analyze and troubleshoot PCB design and fabrication related issues in a timely fashion
10. Maintain knowledge of state-of-the-art design trends, PCB materials, fabrication processes, and assembly processes
