Hospitality Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Consistently providing excellent customer service to all clients
2. Reacting and responding to lifestyle requests
3. Identifying and maintaining strong supplier relationships (specifically in luxury goods)
4. Building brand partnerships
5. Working on client acquisition through successful business development strategies
6. Problem-solving and troubleshooting to retain invaluable client relationships
7. Attending relevant events and networking opportunities
8. Taking care of common errands, such as picking up/dropping off dry cleaning, collecting prescriptions, and buying groceries
9. Handling special requests on demand
10. Assisting with logistics and quality assurance for in-home services
11. Ensuring direct involvement in both customer service and vendor fulfillment
12. Working on the alignment of service providers to customers
13. Understanding the category in depth and scale the category in the city
14. Working directly with the category head to execute specific projects
