Hospitality Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Greet and welcome guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner
2. Thank and give a fond farewell to guests conveying anticipation for their next visit
3. Assist guest with table reservation
4. Assist guests while seating
5. Ensure guests are serviced within specified
6. Oversee the food courses and beverages
7. Communicate with the kitchen staff regarding any menu questions, the length of wait, and product availability
8. Ensure that you have knowledge of menu and presentation standard
9. Answer any questions regarding the menu and assist with menu selections
10. Anticipate any unexpected guest need and reacts promptly and tactfully
