Hospitality Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Welcoming our guests and handling their check-in
2. Giving a hostel tour to our guests and informing them about our hostel policies
3. Providing travel help including planning, itinerary suggestions, and ticketing
4. Cross-selling our other locations
5. Collecting guest feedback during guest stay and check-out
6. Working with the property manager and accounts team daily
7. Handling unit-level content partnerships to support content creation for the social media team
8. Hosting and supervising influencers
9. Collecting and analyzing feedback from guests
10. Reviewing assessment and management
11. Encouraging guest reviews on all relevant platform
12. Handling guest interaction and servicing
13. Creating in-property events in consultation with the guests
14. Setting the vibe at our locations and encouraging guest-to-guest interaction
15. Promoting a positive and engaging environment for guests, neighbors and our staff
16. Managing our in-house experiences like our food walks, heritage walks, etc.
17. Identifying the best experience offering possible for the location which would generate the best experience to our guests
18. Ensuring music played at the location follows the established guidelines
