Hospitality Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Learn on the job by working closely with the hostel operations staff
2. Perform actual administrative duties and tasks, face challenges head-on while sharpening the technical skills it takes to run a kickass backpacker hostel
3. Communicate via phone calls, WhatsApp, and on-property with almost every traveler from various cultures and parts of the world on a daily basis (get ready to challenge the people-side of your personality)
4. Multitask your way to the top
5. Schedule events, promote them, get sign-ups, and finally, conduct them both indoors and outdoors
