Hospitality Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Creating and regularly updating (based on experience) the standard operating procedures for housekeepers across all properties in Pune
2. Ensuring smooth check-in and check out the experience of the guest
3. Addressing grievances of the customers on a timely basis
4. Ensuring discipline among the customers and the staff while at the property
5. Taking immediate action in case of emergencies like medical issues, fire, theft, crime, etc.
6. Maintaining a list of the contact number of ambulances, hospitals, doctors, police, fire brigade service, local authorities, etc. for swift action during an emergency
7. Monitoring CCTV cameras regularly
8. Maintaining accounts of expenses of properties under your control and submitting it to the accounts team on a weekly basis
9. Ensuring promises made by TrunkTales to clients are delivered efficiently
10. Getting mechanical work like wirings, plumbing, etc. done as required through local vendors
