Award winning Elis Kitchen is a Fusion soul food cafe based inside Mamalla Beach Resort. Run by Liz Thottan, who has the previous experience of working with the Taj group of hotels, Oriental cuisines and trained under some fine dining restaurants in New Zealand. Liz is the exec chef of the cafe and has just won the Times She unltd award for the Rising Star of Chennai.
Set inside a vegetable garden, Elis kitchen specialises in organically grown and sourced ingredients to prepare their meals.
We are also looking to train interested candidates in various aspects of a functional kitchen. From house keeping to Fridge organizing. kitchen cleaning methods to stock taking and service, we are happy to impart our knowledge to any interested candidate
