About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously
2. Exhibit a positive vibe in the hostel and informing the guest about the tours and activities
3. Build a good relationship with the guests while addressing any complaints they might have
4. Coordinate with the property manager/head office for smooth daily operations
5. Organize events and activities approved by the head office at the hostel

Basically, we want you to follow certain processes while also having fun around the place. You'll get a certificate and we'll make sure we mention anything you have put in the extra effort.
