Hospitality Internship (Remote)

We are a growing hospitality startup that provides house party chefs to our customers. We are seeking a motivated and driven hospitality intern to join our team. As a hospitality intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry and support various initiatives related to our hiring process and customer service.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with recruiting and hiring chefs for house parties
2. Conduct interviews with potential candidates
3. Assist in creating and managing job postings
4. Assist with onboarding and training of new chefs
5. Help to coordinate and manage scheduling for chefs and events
6. Assist with customer service inquiries and support
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution and delivery
8. Conduct research on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in hotel management or a related field
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
4. Strong organizational and time management skills
5. Ability to work independently and within a team environment
6. Passion for the hospitality industry and customer service
