Hotel Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Welcoming and escorting customers
2. Interacting with customers and solving their queries amicably
3. Selling tickets, managing and handling cash transactions
4. Preparing and selling F&B products in concessions and coffee tree area
5. Reporting all issues and challenges to the assistant manager in a timely manner
6. Ensuring basic cleaning as per the company's hygiene guidelines
7. Ensuring smooth shift opening, handover, and closing
8. Upselling, suggestive selling, and cross-selling to increase the revenue
9. Assisting other team members to ensure smooth operations
10. Creating a warm and friendly environment to create a WOW experience for the customers
