About part time job/internship
We are thrilled to offer an incredible opportunity as a Hotel Management (Service) intern at The Emerald Resort! Join our dynamic team and hone your skills in the hospitality industry while enjoying a vibrant work environment. Get hands-on experience in managing the service operations of our prestigious resort.
1. Greeting customers, guiding them to tables, and delivering drinks from the bartender
2. Ensuring all stations are stocked, keeping all areas clean and sterile, cleaning and putting away dishes, wiping down tables, emptying rubbish, answering the phone, and taking table reservations
3. Clearing, cleaning, and setting tables.
4.Ensuring serving stations are stocked with cutlery, napkins, trays, and condiments.
5. Scraping food plates, pans, and pots
6. Moving used linen in and out of housekeeping. Assist in overseeing all guest-related activities, ensuring exceptional service and a memorable experience throughout their stay
7. Collaborate with various departments to coordinate and execute seamless hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and F&B
8. Monitor guest feedback and promptly address any concerns or issues, taking proactive steps to exceed expectations
