HR and Marketing Manager Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination
2. Supporting onboarding processes and maintaining HR documentation
3. Coordinating and executing employee engagement initiatives
4. Assisting in identifying potential clients and generating leads
5. Helping in preparing business proposals and client pitch materials
6. Conducting market research and competitor analysis
7. Collaborating with the team on business development strategies
8. Supporting follow-ups with leads and updating CRM tools or databases
9. Participating in internal meetings and contributing ideas
10. Performing administrative tasks related to both HR and marketing functions
