About the internship
As an HR Business Intern at Hail Cabs, your main responsibility will be to support the HR team in the recruitment and onboarding of drivers from the UP region for our Hyderabad location. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of HR and contribute to our growing team.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Driver Recruitment:
1. Collaborate with the HR team to identify and source potential driver candidates from Uttar Pradesh
2. Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview schedules

B. Onboarding Support:
1. Assist in the seamless onboarding of new drivers, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete
2. Conduct driver orientation sessions, familiarising them with company policies and procedures

C. Compliance Management:
1. Ensure all driver compliance documents, licenses, and permits are up-to-date and compliant with local regulations
2. Maintain accurate records of driver information

D. Administrative Tasks:
1. Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, document filing, and report generation
2. Assist in maintaining organized records of candidate information

E. Communication:
1. Serve as a point of contact for driver-related inquiries, concerns, and issues.
2. Maintain regular communication with new and existing drivers to address their needs

Other requirements

1. Hold a bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field with a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience or actively pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree

2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

3. Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team
