HR Consultant Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Making calls to prospective students to provide information about available software courses, answer inquiries, and promote the benefits of enrolling
2. Assisting students in completing the enrollment process, including filling out forms, providing necessary documentation, and addressing any concerns or issues
3. Clearly explaining course content, schedules, pricing, and other relevant details to prospective students
4. Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with prospective students, including call outcomes and follow-up actions
5. Conducting follow-up calls as needed to ensure students have the information they need and to encourage enrollment
6. Providing excellent customer service, addressing any questions or issues that arise and ensuring a positive experience for all prospective students
7. Gathering feedback from prospective students to help improve the enrollment process and course offerings
