HR Executive Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
2. Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure smooth integration of new employees.
3. Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and databases.
4. Support day-to-day HR operations, including attendance tracking and leave management.
5. Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
6. Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities.
7. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
8. Support payroll processing by providing accurate employee data.
9. Collaborate with teams to implement HR initiatives and process improvements.

Qualifications:

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Basic knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
3. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
