HR General Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist your immediate manager in various HR activities
2. Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute the daily activities
3. Maintain and calculate the attendance
4. Oversee the schedule & daily workflow of subordinate staff in the department
5. Conduct employee onboarding process and help to plan training & development programs
6. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form and audit the same from time to time
7. Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
8. Assist in organizing activities and events
