1. Sourcing, screening, short-listing, scheduling interviews
2. Coordinating with the manager and candidates for a smooth interview process
3. Assisting the team in activities relating to documentation
4. Conducting the first round over the telephone for multiple vacancies in the organization
5. Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates
6. Conducting follow-ups with candidates till onboarded
7. Working on data management and weekly updates of assigned work to direct reporting
Required skills:
1. Good communication skills
2. Planning and organizational skills.
3. Basic understanding of the hiring cycle
4. Bachelor's degree in human resources or business-related field
5. Willing to work from the office
6. Qualification: Postgraduates-MBA/M.Com
