Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Recruitment:
1. Manage recruitment for IT and non-IT profiles
2. Source candidates through job portals (Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine, etc.)
2. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with Senior HR
2. Onboarding:
1. Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires
2. Prepare and distribute onboarding materials
3. HR Administration:
1. Maintain employee records
2. Handle HR-related queries
4. Employee Engagement:
1. Support engagement initiatives
2. Address employee concerns
5. Performance Management:
1. Assist in performance appraisals
2. Support managers with performance issues

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 11th Jul'24 and 15th Aug'24
3. are available for duration of 4 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Delhi and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
1. A bachelors degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field.
2. 0–1 year of HR experience.
3. Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
4. Experience with job portals (Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine, etc.).
5. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.
