HR Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on end-to-end recruitment for middle and senior-level positions to fulfill the internal requirements of the company
2. Source profiles through job portals and work on them effectively
3. Work on job designing, job posting, and mass mailing of the jobs as well as taking care of short-listing the relevant profiles and processing them further for successful hiring
4. Work on day-to-day coordination with the stakeholders regarding the given positions and the profile-related queries
5. Understand the needs of various well-established and new clients
6. Source candidates through various modes of recruitment (job-positing, job portals, reference-pulling, head-hunting personal-resume collection)
7. Schedule and manage monthly recruitment drives
8. Manage the database, candidate trackers, and MIS report on a daily and weekly basis
