1. Assist in screening incoming resumes and assessments
2. Help us with recruitment by preparing job descriptions, coordinating with the colleges, scheduling the interviews, and streamlining the complete process
3. Source and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates from various online channels (e.g., Linkedin, Internshala, Angellist)
4. Actively employ innovative and creative recruiting methods as per company culture
5. Create and implement effective onboarding plans
6. Identify improvements in the HR workflow/processes and collaborate with the senior team to implement necessary changes
7. Collaborate with the team to identify future hiring needs
8. Create and execute employee feedback mechanism and suggest appropriate measures/corrective actions
9. Research and analyze business data to identify best HR practices

We are a remote-first company with a small team of fewer than 10 members and 6 more members to join after three months. We intend to launch a marketplace that offers a variety of engaging classes.
