About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews with potential candidates.
2. Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
3. Update and maintain candidate details to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
4. Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs to attract qualified candidates.
5. Collaborate with the HR team to develop job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
6. Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to enhance our recruitment process.
7. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
