NayePankh Foundation seeks a human resources head intern to join our team and help us create a dynamic, diverse, and inclusive work environment. As the HR head intern, you will help our organization manage employee onboarding and personnel processes, ensure an equitable and fair culture, and be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and oversee onboarding and new hire orientation processes
2. Draft and administer employee policies
3. Prepare and review job postings and job descriptions
4. Promote a positive, inclusive, and equitable workplace
5. Manage recruitment and selection processes
6. Sourcing and interviewing potential new hires
7. Plan and lead orientation and onboarding sessions
8. Maintain records of employee performance and productivity
9. Track employee attendance, vacation, and leaves of absence
10. Intervene in conflicts and disciplinary actions
11. Develop and deliver trainings on HR policies and compliance
12. Support the design and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives
