Human Resources - Data Analysis Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Provide consistent, timely, accurate, and customer-focused HR transactional services and data administration to the HR team and other stakeholders in the organization
2. Main trackers, generate reports and manage employee files (soft copy version/hard copy version) for internal record keeping
3. Prepare & update reports and trackers (including leave tracking/mandatory training, etc.) for periodic compliance audits
4. Conduct data analysis and share inputs with the division head to effectively support ongoing programs
5. Support the HR team in new processes and tools implementation and automation of existing processes
6. Understand and stay compliant with corporate data protection and confidentiality policies
7. Work with the HR team to resolve customer questions or issues in a broad range of HR matters

Experience:

1. Prior experience in creating Excel-based reports and dashboards and overall data administration will be highly desired
2. Experience managing data in HRIS systems would be highly preferred
