Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop and manage our InduTech IT internship program
2. Help organize events at top engineering universities, as well as in-office social events to attract new talent
3. Research and write highly personalized and relevant emails to prospects and candidates
4. Keep in touch with prospects/candidates and ensure an excellent candidate experience with InduTech IT
5. Source new candidates and identify top talent in relevant domains
6. Manage all phone and onsite interview coordination and management
7. Support operational activities (invoicing and organizing events)
8. Provide weekly reports to the senior director of talent on interviews and recruiting activities
