About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Culture Conjuring: Design and implement engagement programs that boost team spirit and create a sense of belonging.
2. Happiness Hero: Be the go-to for employee wellbeing, ensuring everyone feels supported and motivated.
3. Event Sorcery: Organize fun and meaningful events that strengthen team bonds. You'll also be our default events host whether it's a casual Friday gathering or a full-blown team celebration, you'll bring the energy and excitement!
4. Pulse Checker: Monitor employee morale through feedback and surveys, making improvements that enhance our culture.
5. Recognition Rockstar: Develop recognition programs that celebrate employee achievements in fun and creative ways.
6. Recruitment Wiz: Step in and support recruitment efforts, including campus placements, helping us find the perfect fit for our team.
7. Problem-Solving Prodigy: Handle employee concerns with empathy and care, ensuring every voice is heard.
