About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work closely with and assist a dedicated HR to support the employees and managers/ directors in the business unit (BU) to meet the BU/organizational goals
2. Work on employee on-off boarding
3. Work on employee relations
4. Work as HR single point of contact
5. Work on policy implementation
6. Work on employee performance management
7. Work on employee recognition programs
