About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct Exit interviews to understand root cause of attrition and update the information captured in the system.
Conduct E-Sat surveys to understand employee feedback and identify satisfiers and dis-satisfiers and update the information captured in the system.
Conduct other Engagement Surveys as per client requirement
Flag outliers, create a flag document and escalate these to the SME.
