About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work closely with the head of HR on implementing various projects in the learning & development tenet of the business
2. Support the launch of employee development plans
3. Manage & follow up on the assigned developmental plans
4. Track and share the progress of the developmental plans with the stakeholder periodically and ensure timely closure
