We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment, from
identifying potential hires in interviewing and evaluating candidates.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates online and updating job ads on job boards.
If you have experience with various job interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews, and can help us recruit faster and more effectively, we d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will play an important part in ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the most qualified employees.
Whom will we hire?
1. The desired candidate has relevant work experience as an HR Recruiter or
2. similar role
3. The candidate is experienced with sourcing techniques
4. The candidate must solid verbal and written communication skills
5. Expertise with sourcing potential candidates from various online channels like Naukri, indeed, timesjobs, etc.
6. The ideal candidate should be able to provide shortlists of qualified candidates to final decision-makers
7. Knowledge of sending job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
