About Ather Energy (http://www.atherenergy.com):
Ather energy is a start-up by graduates of IIT Madras and currently based out of Bangalore. We are working on the design of premium electric two-wheeler for the Indian market. We want to change the perspective about electric vehicles by providing ones which bring out all the good sides of the electric vehicle with the performance of gasoline scooters, needs virtually zero maintenance and are topped with premium features.
About the Internship:
At Ather, we are building things that have never been built before, talking about things that have never been talked about, and hence communicating things it to our folks in a way it has not been communicated yet. Internal communications thus is a baby for us and you would be responsible to nurture that baby. And that's the reason we are looking out for folks who will be responsible for internal communications content that is delivered within Ather, including reminders, memos, executive emails, contests, marketing material, and job descriptions. You would also be responsible for:

1. Managing and preparing strategic communications plan and thus building the internal communications output for Ather
2. Executing steps within a certain time frame
3. Planning with the marketing team to publish timely company information, such as memos and company directives
4. Setting time of release to coordinate with company events or initiatives, editing and designing internal publications
5. Reviewing and analyzing data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
6. Providing ongoing support to the leadership team on human resources related matters, policies, and procedure

Who can apply:
Only those candidates can apply who:
  1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
  2. can preferably start the internship between 14th Sep'17 and 14th Oct'17
  3. are preferably available for duration of 2 months
  4. have relevant skills and interests
  5. have already graduated or are currently in any year of study
Other requirements:
  1. Should be an MBA in HR
  2. Should have the ability to take new initiatives, convert the same to project plan and execute
  3. Should have the ability to identify the process gap in HR and structure out better process
