4. Acting as an independent advisor for employees in tough situations
5. Managing HR practices and objectives that provide an employee oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, productivity, and ongoing development of an engaged workforce
6. Improving training & development related processes including identification of training needs, design, delivery and evaluation of development programs
