Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Seek, recruit, and hire the best tech talent for an array of roles with our world-class clients (startups, enterprise software, and distinguished internet companies)
2. Create and manage job descriptions, as well as postings on various recruiting platforms (identify the best platforms)
3. Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, and boolean search
4. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the full recruiting cycle (i.e. communicate status, answer questions, and coordinate all follow-up efforts)

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 100000 to 300000 /year
