As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be working on sourcing candidates from across the spectrum of digital platforms. The idea is to continuously build and increase the strength of our network by reaching out to new professionals. And to do so, you need to continuously innovate and improve. You will work as a part of our core sourcing team and need to scale up fast to adapt current processes and deliver.
On a day-to-day basis you will:
1. Source From LinkedIn, Monster, Naukri, CrewKarma, Behance, Dribbble and any other source that can be used/hacked
2. Call Connect with high potential candidates over call to explore their interest and suitability for the positions
3. Build Sourcing processes In your Eureka moment, come up with exciting ideas to improve our sourcing process
