About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist our team stakeholder management
2. Assist our team in end-to-end strategic hiring process PAN India
3. Interview & shortlist candidates and negotiate & close positions by maintaining the TAT
4. Maintain various recruitment & headcount MIS
5. Conduct induction program
6. Work on manpower planning with our business heads to understand the quality and quantity of manpower needs
7. Coordinate for performance development & year-end appraisals
8. Conduct employee engagement initiatives
9. Work on people management & handle employee grievance
10. Liaise for hassle-free full & final settlement process
11. Conduct exit interviews & attrition analysis
12. Understand training needs & work with the OD lead for focused training programs
13. Support change management interventions
