Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Supporting people operation s team with recruitment strategy not limited to sourcing profiles, developing a database to maintaining for any further reference
2. Coming up with employee engagement activities & strategy to execute them for all of our three locations
3. Providing support on tasks related to new hire s inductions
4. Helping us with performance appraisal & career progression strategy for our corporate
5. Supporting our corporate affairs on varies matters of communication like our internal team at different locations and vendors at respective locations for corporate benefits
