Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

11. Managing all phases of recruitment including requisition intake, sourcing strategy, sourcing timeline, candidate screening, rehire eligibility, candidate presentation, reference check, internal assessment, candidate preparation
2. Performing recruitment lifecycles like sourcing the resource, screening and coordinating technical interviews, negotiation and follow up, etc.
3. Formulating HR policies at the company level
4. Acting as an independent advisor for employees in tough situations
5. Managing HR practices and objectives that provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, productivity, and ongoing development of an engaged workforce
6. Improving training & development related processes including identification of training needs, design, delivery and evaluation of development programs
