About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinate with the candidates and interviewers to schedule interviews and ensuring the best candidate experience with minimum wait time
2. Ensure completion of documentation of feedback during the interview process
3. Assist the recruiters in scheduling interviews and doing follow-ups until the candidate attends the interview
4. Highlight the challenges to the HR manager and work on corrective measures
5. Engage and communicate with passive candidates over emails and calls
6. Address candidate queries by liaisoning with a recruitment specialist & hiring manager
