About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting our TA team in all phases of the talent acquisition process
2. Sourcing potential candidates from different online channels/job portals
3. Managing candidates through the interview process, setting expectations, and providing feedback by constantly following-up with the candidates
4. Maintaining various recruitment tracking reports

4. Candidates having previous internship experience in HR recruitment would be an added advantage

5. Must be highly driven and have the demonstrated the ability to implement and deliver against aggressive targets
