About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle end-to-end recruitment process
2. Co-ordinate with the clients
3. Analyze and understand requirements shared
4. Work on sourcing profiles
5. Advertise job openings
6. Screen and schedule interviews
7. Follow up with all the scheduled candidates and coordinate with the client regarding updates
8. Follow up with the candidates till on-boarding
9. Reporting daily, weekly and monthly
