About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Recruiting candidates from various sources including social media platforms
2. Getting highly involved with the end-end recruiting and selection of candidates (recruitment life cycle)
3. Sourcing, screening and weeding out profiles
4. Scheduling interviews and following up with shortlisted candidates on their current status
5. Using digital platforms to attract potential candidate i.e Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram
6. Reporting progress on a daily and monthly basis
7. Enquiring candidates for references and head-hunting
