About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle the end-to-end recruitment process
2. Coordinate with the client, analyze and understand requirements shared
3. Source profiles
4. Advertise job openings
5. Screen and schedule the candidates and interviews
6. Follow up with all the scheduled candidates and co-ordinate with the client regarding updates
7. Follow up with the candidates till on-boarding
8. Report daily, weekly, and monthly
