About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle the end-to-end recruitment process
2. Work on coordination with client, analyzing, and understanding requirements shared
3. Source profiles
4. Advertise job openings
5. Screen and schedule interviews
6. Follow up with all the scheduled candidates and coordinate with the client regarding updates
7. Follow up with the candidates till on-boarding
8. Engage in daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
