Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles
2. Serving as a go-between for candidates and hiring managers
3. Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end
4. Creating and publish job ads in various portals
5. Networking with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
6. Screening resumes and job applications
7. Conducting initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
8. Hosting and participating in job fairs, drives, and walk-ins
9. Following up with candidates throughout the hiring process
10. Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future job openings
