Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Facilitate the process of finding talent - sourcing, calling the candidates, and scheduling interviews
2. Plan, prepare and execute the engagement activities for the organization along with the People Xperience team
3. Draft all communications related to engagement activities
4. Draft content for engagement activities
5. Conduct feedback analysis to identify areas of improvement
6. Create story-based content to bring out the best for increased employee engagement

Note: We're looking for someone who has 1+ years of experience working in any function of HR.
