About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage day-to-day HR operation activities and support with adopt queries
2. Connect with the new joiners in collecting documents
3. Support in onboarding activities to build day one experience & filing of documents
4. Follow up on updating missing data from the employee for the completion of it
5. Support in employee database maintenance & documents filing
6. Assist in preparing reports for HR operations portfolio including HR analytics, exit document management and HR dashboards
7. Maintain a high degree of confidentiality or discretion
8. Support HR operations team in BGV initiation for new joiners
