Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details
2. Assisting in the planning of company events
3. Coordinating new hire orientations
4. Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters
5. Creating reports on the HR-related process when required
6. Assisting the HR team in organizing career fairs and special events

Requirements:

1. MBA in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or a related field
2. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
3. Able to demonstrate a professional work ethic
4. Able to maintain a flexible work schedule
5. Excellent planning and organizational skills
6. Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
7. Good time management skills
8. Ability to work independently
