We at Modenik Lifestyle have an exciting internship opportunity in our HR team. This is ideal for candidates who are already having a relevant degree in HR or for those who are aspiring to do their graduation/postgraduation in HR.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support various HR processes like talent acquisition & development and employee engagement
2. Support recruitment team in sourcing, coordinating, and scheduling interviews
3. Maintain an internal candidate database for joining and hiring
4. Support in the preparation of job descriptions
5. Support in streamlining HR data and preparing reports
6. Work on coordinating and facilitating induction & onboarding process for new joiners at corporate and field

3. are available for duration of 6 months
