Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understand the technical skill requirements of the team & implement strategies to acquire talent accordingly
2. Coordinate with the recruitment team to identify hiring needs and recruiting plans of the technology team
3. Schedule and conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews, share feedback with the hiring managers for their interaction with the potential candidates
4. Source candidates from multiple sources including LinkedIn, Naukri, Angel, Internshala, Indeed, etc.
5. Perform research in support of sourcing efforts to identify the most effective places to target to get the best candidates
