About the internship

OnePlus is seeking young, enthusiastic and result-oriented HR interns to join our India team to drive and support human resource and administrative activities.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinate with the recruitment specialist and support in sourcing, screening, and identifying hiring needs
2. Support with campus recruitment activities
3. Support with innovative and trend-setting ideas to enhance employee and candidate experience
4. Support the team based on HR and administrative needs

Requirements:
1. Enthusiastic Graduate in BA/BM degree
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Ability to think out of the box
4. Data-driven and proven ability to analyse data for insights
5. An eye for details and structure
6. Thrive on ownership and accountability

Skill(s) required

Data Analytics MS-Excel SPSS
Earn certifications in these skills
