About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct resume review and initial recruiter screening, manage candidate communication/follow up, lead feedback sessions and conduct negotiations, all with a strong sense of urgency
2. Leverage all current recruiting platforms and tools to deliver against specific campaigns and hiring requirements
3. Maintain a database of the candidate pool, scheduling the interview and consequent communication for a candidate
4. Seek new platforms, tools, and ideas associated with driving new candidate sources
